Valid lead submission
A lead should be submitted only through an approved vKloud channel and should include accurate lead details, lawful source, permission basis, contact person, business need and partner identity.
- Do not submit fake, scraped, bought, duplicated, misleading, unauthorised, spam-generated, harvested or unlawfully obtained leads.
- vKloud may reject leads where the source, permission or lawful basis is unclear.
Lead acceptance
A lead is not accepted until vKloud confirms acceptance. A lead already known to vKloud, already in discussion, already submitted by another partner, already a vKloud client, or obtained unlawfully does not automatically qualify for commission.
Commission eligibility
- vKloud accepted the lead.
- The client contracted with or purchased from vKloud.
- The client paid vKloud and payment cleared.
- The client did not refund, charge back, cancel fraudulently or breach terms.
- The partner complied with applicable vKloud agreements and rules.
- The commission arrangement was approved by vKloud.
Commission reversal
vKloud may withhold, reduce, reverse, cancel or set off commission where the sale resulted from misrepresentation, fake or unlawful leads, spam, hidden conflict, prohibited client activity, client deception, breach of partner terms or attempted bypassing.
Non-circumvention
Partners may not bypass vKloud in relation to leads, clients, opportunities, projects, contacts or relationships introduced, disclosed, generated, discussed or accessed through vKloud. The default non-circumvention period is 36 months unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Records and disputes
vKloud records are the primary records for lead status, client status, payment status, commission status and partner activity.
