Lawful use only
vKloud services must not be used, sold, promoted, recommended, referred, onboarded, supported or facilitated for unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, infringing, unauthorised or high-risk purposes.
Prohibited technical abuse
- unauthorised access to systems, devices, networks, accounts, data, dashboards, credentials or computer systems
- phishing, credential theft, account takeover, malware, ransomware, botnets or command-and-control activity
- spam infrastructure, unauthorised scanning, unauthorised scraping, unauthorised interception, unauthorised data extraction or unauthorised vulnerability testing
- sharing, exposing or misusing credentials, tokens, API keys, admin links, private links, passwords, control-panel access or client logins
Fraud, deception and impersonation
- fraud, impersonation, fake billing, fake payment pages, fake support or fake identity
- fake investment, employment, procurement, tendering or invoice schemes
- deceptive commercial activity, misleading claims, bait claims, false urgency or fake discounts
Content, infringement and harm
- unlawful storage, distribution, hosting, promotion, sale, indexing, linking, transmission or facilitation of unlawful content
- intellectual property infringement
- harassment, threats, extortion, intimidation, doxxing, stalking, unlawful communications, incitement or abuse
High-risk or regulated activity
vKloud may require additional review or may refuse activity involving financial services, investment services, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal services, gambling, crypto, adult services, political messaging, mass emailing, data brokerage, lead resale, sensitive personal information, children’s information, high-volume automation, high-volume scraping, public-facing login or payment collection, or any activity requiring special licensing, authorisation or controls.
Platform protection
vKloud may reject, suspend, terminate, isolate, disable, migrate, investigate, preserve evidence, restrict or refuse any lead, client, account, service, stack, domain, deployment, email service, automation, server, database or access considered unlawful, risky, abusive, misleading, unauthorised, infringing or harmful.
