Why partner agreements are required
Partners may receive pricing, scripts, demos, partner packs, client details, technical information, commission structures or onboarding material. Before that happens, vKloud may require a short-form confidentiality undertaking or a full partner agreement.
What the agreement protects
- confidential information, pricing, scripts and proposals
- client leads, prospects and business opportunities
- VPStacks, Stacker concepts, stack designs and technical methods
- sales material, demos, onboarding material and partner packs
- brand use, marketing claims and public representations
- personal information and client records
- system access, credentials, dashboards and private links
Short-form first contact
For early conversations, vKloud may use a short-form first-contact undertaking. It is designed for people who enquire, message “partner”, attend an intro call, or receive limited preliminary information.
Full partner agreement
Before receiving deeper pricing, scripts, commission information, demos, client details, partner packs or technical information, partners may be asked to accept the full Business Partner Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, Non-Circumvention and Working Relationship Agreement.
Private onboarding documents
The website provides a public overview. Full agreements, schedules, checkboxes, signature blocks and internal onboarding documents are not published as general website copy.
